NO.1 What kinds of sevice can you provide to the customers?
According to the need of customers, we can
provide the samples of colorant in free to the entire world. The clients are
also welcomed to send us their base glaze in order to search the best result by
our technicians. Surely we have the servie to copy the samples presented by the
customers( except the one who has the right reserved).
We have one very strong technical team. Our
engineers both in commercial and technical side will visit regular or irregular
to collect the information from the customers, and will work on the advices and
proposals after feeding back by relative department.
All the packages, labels, printings,
pallets and special shipping documents can be done after the instruction of the
customers. Extra fees will be charges by the buyer.
Other reasonable demands will also be
submitted by our factory. We will try to provide the best and satisfied service
to our clients.
NO.2 What’s the minimum order and delivery term?
Our standard package is25KGin plastic drum or moisture proof complex plastic
bag. Therefore the minimum order is25KG.
The delivery term depends on the stock and production, normally from 5-20 days
after receiving the payment and will be indicated in our contract.
NO.3 What are the inclusion colorants? Have they some special characteristics? Are they safe to use?
Inclusion colorant is produced by one
special process by the mixture with certain metallic(especially Cd and Se)
oxides into the crystals of Zirconium oxide. These products solved the problem
of that: the normal colors can not have the vivid red, orange and yellow in
high temperature. The inclusion colorants are very intensive even in higer than1200℃.They are safe
to use with no Cd and Se dissolving after firing. Only for the fine powder, it
should pay attention not to contact with skin, eye and respiration organ etc.
Gloves and mask are suggested during the processing.
NO.4 How to make the best matching of body and glaze?
It should be considered in three respects:
1. The matching of the expansion coefficient: it can get the best result with a little bit bigger of the coefficient of body than the one of the glaze.
2. The matching of the chemical specifics of the glaze: it should be better with a weak higher value of PH in glaze than in body.
3. The matching of the plastic properties and the extension strength: normally the plasticity and the tensile strength of the glaze should be higher to enhance the buffer stress and the anti-crack ability.
